In this calorie torching, total body workout, low impact cardio will be spliced in between strength sets that focus on: upper body, thighs, seat, and core. Set to upbeat music and with a fast pace, this class uses small, controlled movements and a high number of repetitions to sculpt a long and lean physique with light weights and body weight. Class can be modified or amplified depending on the student and there is no experience necessary.
Please wear comfortable athletic attire. Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please also bring a mat, water, & a towel.
