Class description:

  • In this calorie torching, total body workout, low impact cardio will be spliced in between strength sets that focus on: upper body, thighs, seat, and core. Set to upbeat music and with a fast pace, this class uses small, controlled movements and a high number of repetitions to sculpt a long and lean physique with light weights and body weight. Class can be modified or amplified depending on the student and there is no experience necessary.

Dress code:

  • Please wear comfortable athletic attire. Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please also bring a mat, water, & a towel.
