class will begin with 10 minutes of arms with and without weights. Please bring a mat for the glutes and abs portion of the class. Optional Ankle weights will be provided. Class will commence with abdominal work and a cool down. Class will be heated to 80 degrees so please bring a towel & water along with a mat.
Dress code:
Please wear comfortable athletic attire & clean athletic shoes. Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please also bring water & a towel.
