There are no registration fees for summer classes.
JUNE CLASSES
• Financial Assistance Application Period: April 1–15
• Tuition Posted: April 25
• Tuition Due: May 1
• Cancellations after May 1 may be eligible for tuition credit only
JULY CLASSES
• Financial Assistance Application Period: May 1–15
• Tuition Posted: May 25
• Tuition Due: June 1
• Cancellations after June 1 may be eligible for tuition credit only
AUGUST CLASSES
• Financial Assistance Application Period: June 1–15
• Tuition Posted: June 25
• Tuition Due: July 1
• Cancellations after July 1 may be eligible for tuition credit only
Additional Policies
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of class may not be eligible for class credit.
• Schedule is subject to change based on enrollment.
Low Enrollment Policy (Summer)
Summer enrollment can vary, and Elevation Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel or combine classes, camps, intensives, or programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Minimums are determined by class type, age group, and staffing needs.
Enrollment is reviewed on the 25th of the month prior to each session and may continue to be monitored throughout the summer.
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment:
• Parents will be notified as soon as possible and prior to tuition posting.
• If after every effort to place your dancer in another appropriate class or camp any prepaid tuition will be credited and refunds may be available.
Elevation Dance Studio is not responsible for conflicts arising from schedule changes or cancellations due to low enrollment.
