Common Parent Questions

How do I register for Fall classes?

Registration opens each May for the Fall/Winter/Spring season, first come, first served. An annual membership fee of $90 reserves your dancer's spot. View real-time class openings by age above, or head straight to our registration portal to enroll.

How are dancers placed in classes?

Ages 3–9 are placed by age as of September 1. Ages 10 and up are placed based on a variety of factors, including a placement evaluation in the spring. If you have questions about registration, you can always email us.

What should my dancer wear to class?

Dress code varies by age, level, and dance style. View our full Dress Code & Boutique guide for details.

What if my dancer needs to miss a class?

All absences should be reported through the Parent Portal.

To report an absence:

  1. Log in to your Parent Portal account.
  2. Tap the menu ☰ in the top corner to open Menu.
  3. Select Absences & Makeups.
  4. Click Submit an Absence.
  5. Select your student, fill in the date(s) and reason, then click Next Step.

We encourage families to report absences as soon as possible, especially for Company, Competition Team, Pointe, and performance-related rehearsals. Full details are on our FAQ page.
