Alterations & Exchanges
Requests may be available for costume exchange only, and an exchange may not be possible due to vendor supply. Requests can be made through this form, where you will also find detailed instructions regarding costume exchanges.
Costume Exchange Policy
Elevation Dance Studio will consider costume exchange requests based on vendor availability. All exchange requests must be submitted within one (1) week of the original costume distribution date. Requests received after this deadline cannot be accommodated.
Costumes must be returned directly from the parent to the vendor in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. The dancer/parent is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Because EDS orders costumes from multiple vendors, each supplier has its own exchange policies. The parent is responsible for any vendor-imposed exchange, restocking, handling, or shipping fees.

2027 RECITAL STAGE TIME & DRESS REHEARSALS
Sunday, May 23rd - Wednesday, May 26th at SSHS

Dress rehearsals and stage times are an essential part of a successful production. They provide dancers with the opportunity to become familiar with the stage while allowing our faculty, technical crew, volunteers, and lighting and sound teams to prepare for the performances.
ELEVATION DANCE STUDIO SEASON 17 SPRING RECITAL FORMAT
This season, we are making some exciting adjustments to our Spring Recital structure to create a more enjoyable performance experience for our dancers and their families.
Every dancer will have the opportunity to perform in at least two recital shows! Our new three-show format allows us to create age-appropriate productions while giving dancers multiple opportunities to showcase their hard work, progress, and accomplishments on stage.
Please note: Show assignments are based on individual class enrollments rather than a dancer's age or primary level. While most dancers will participate in at least two shows, some dancers enrolled in classes across multiple levels may be scheduled to perform in all three shows. Detailed show orders will be available to you in the coming months.

IMPORTANT RECITAL PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
Please plan for your dancer to participate in ALL recital performances in which their class is cast. The performances, along with the applicable mandatory dress rehearsal(s) and stage times, are part of their recital commitment.
Important Clarification
If your dancer is enrolled in multiple classes in the same level, all classes within that level will perform in the same recital show.
For example, if your dancer is in multiple Mini level classes, all Mini routines will be in the same shows and will not be split between different shows.
This means that families with dancers taking multiple Mini classes will be able to enjoy all of their dancer's Mini performances together in one show, rather than having those routines divided between performances.
Please keep in mind that dancers enrolled in classes in multiple age levels may still be scheduled to perform in more than one show, depending on their individual class enrollments.
Please review the preliminary information below carefully, as performance and dress rehearsal requirements will vary based on your dancer's class enrollments.
Hair and makeup guidelines by class have not been finalized yet. We'll post them here as soon as they're available.
Backstage information, such as check-in, dressing rooms, and parent volunteer roles, will be posted here as recital week approaches.
